The Company commenced operations in 2007 and has established a solid reputation ever since.

Dianik manages and operates 3 bulkers ranging in size from 44000 mts dwt to 72000 mts dwt as listed herein under the section “Fleet.”

Environment - Safety
Environmental responsibility & preservation of ecological balances is important to Dianik.
Dianik voluntarily participates with The Port's Green Flag Program, which program has been highly successful in reducing smog-forming emissions and diesel particulates from ships.
Managed vessels having called the Port of Long Beach have already earned the coveted Green Flag environmental achievement award for extraordinary compliance with the program for a 12-month period.
Dianik also is a member of the AMVER reporting system, operated by the U.S. Coast Guard for promoting safety of life and property at sea.
Our fleet also receives from the US coast guard the Qualship 21 certification. Reportedly, less than 10% of non US flagged ships meet the eligibility requirements for this certification.
Dianik has also been a member of Intercargo and the Propeller Club since 2017.
