During November 2023 Dianik Bross Shipping Corporation SA actively participated once again in the beach cleaning initiative organized and coordinated by Helmepa. This collaborative effort underscores our commitment to environmental protection and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in our operations.

A total of 13 employees joined forces, leading to the successful removal and proper disposal of various beach pollutants, including cigarettes, straws, plastic caps, plastic bags, empty packs, bits of paper, bottles, and more. This initiative reflects our ongoing dedication to maintaining cleaner and healthier coastal environments.

Dianik Bross Shipping Corporation SA participated one more year in beach cleaning initiative organized and coordinated by Helmepa during October 2022, in collaboration with Aspida travel and the support of Air – France-KLM Group. This action is strongly related to the protection of the environment, committing us to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide during our activities.

A total of 30 employees from the 3 companies took part, and as a result, numerous beach pollutants such cigarettes, straws, plastic caps, plastic bags, empty packs, bits of paper, bottles, etc. were safely disposed.

After the massive wildfire started in densely forested Mount of Penteli which burned over 2,750 hectares, it was our honor to be a part of nature’s rebirth. This action, which was organized by Oloi mazi mporoume triggered our concern for the environmental impacts occurred after this tragedy and it was a great opportunity to contribute to this effort towards efflorescence.

In June - 2019 our company had the privilege to participate in Helmepa's voluntary beach cleanup programme entitled “Let’s Clean Up Europe” under the supervision of Helmepa's representative. The event took place in the beach of Edem in Palaio Faliro, Athens. Around 15 people from our Company participated which resulted in the safe disposal of various beach pollutants like cigarette butts, straws, plastic caps, plastic bags, cups, empty packs, pieces of paper, nylon materials, bottles etc.
