On November 2024, our company participated in HELMEPA's Mega Joint Beach Cleanup. These efforts, aimed at protecting the marine environment, are in line with our commitment to sustainability and our dedication to preserving the health of the seas and oceans.

In addition, our company has been actively involved in HELMEPA's annual cleanup campaign. By supporting this initiative, we help raise awareness about the importance of keeping our waters clean and safeguarding marine ecosystems.

During November 2024, Dianik Bross Shipping Corporation S.A was honored with the prestigious AMVER (Automated Mutual-Assistance Vessel Rescue) Award in recognition of its outstanding dedication to maritime safety and cooperation. The AMVER Award is presented annually to vessels that actively participate in the AMVER program, which enables mutual assistance and enhances rescue operations worldwide.

On December 2024, Dianik Bross Shipping Corporation S.A. has officially changed the flag of CPT Stefanos M to Cyprus. Cyprus has long been recognized as one of the leading international maritime hubs, with a favorable regulatory environment, strong maritime infrastructure, and a highly respected shipping registry.

Who we are

Dianik Bross Shipping Corporation S.A. ("Dianik") is an international provider of marine drybulk transportation services, transporting bulk cargoes, such as grain, urea, steels, iron ore, coal, petcoke, scrap, clinker, etc. The Company commenced operations in 2007 and has established a solid reputation ever since. Since inception, Dianik has had under its management over 17 vessels. The Company currently manages and operates 3 bulkers with size ranging from 53,000 mts dwt to 75,000 mts dwt as listed herein under the section “Fleet.” Managed vessels perform worldwide trading excluding sanctioned areas.

Our business strategy is focused on building and maintaining enduring relationships with charterers of dry-bulk commodities and providing safe and reliable seaborne transportation services at competitive cost. We take pride in the close relationships that we enjoy with many significant cargo interests and traders in our industry, which include, among others, Cargill International S.A, Olam, Bunge S.A, XO Shipping, Ultrabulk, Dreyfus and other first class cargo owners and operators.

Environment - Safety
Environmental responsibility & preservation of ecological balances is important to Dianik.
Dianik voluntarily participates with The Port's Green Flag Program, which program has been highly successful in reducing smog-forming emissions and diesel particulates from ships.
Managed vessels having called the Port of Long Beach have already earned the coveted Green Flag environmental achievement award for extraordinary compliance with the program for a 12-month period.
Dianik also is a member of the AMVER reporting system, operated by the U.S. Coast Guard for promoting safety of life and property at sea.
Our fleet also receives from the US coast guard the Qualship 21 certification. Reportedly, less than 10% of non US flagged ships meet the eligibility requirements for this certification.
Dianik has also been a member of Intercargo and the Propeller Club since 2017.
